Our Barre class blends the precision of the Lotte Berk Method with elements of Pilates and functional strength training. Using small, controlled movements and high repetitions, we target the glutes, thighs, core, and arms to build deep muscular endurance and stability.

Expect pulses, holds, and intentional sequencing designed to challenge the body while supporting posture and alignment.

Low-impact but powerful, Barre delivers a deep burn while improving strength, balance, and control.

SCULPTFORMER

Sculptformer is our most strength-driven reformer class. Designed for experienced movers, this workout uses heavier resistance, slower tempos, and longer holds to build muscular endurance and full-body strength.

Expect powerful glute and leg sequences, deep core work, and dynamic exercises including standing work and plank variations on the reformer. Movements are intentional and demanding, designed to challenge stability, control, and endurance.

This class moves at a quicker pace with fewer modifications and is best suited for clients who are comfortable on the reformer and looking for a more intense challenge.

Recommended for intermediate to advanced clients.

Our signature reformer class blends contemporary Pilates with the foundational principles of Joseph Pilates. Expect intentional movement that strengthens the deep core, supports the pelvic floor, and builds full-body stability.

Classes move fluidly through mindful transitions, integrating breath, alignment, and functional strength. This balanced practice is designed to leave you feeling strong, connected, and grounded.

While accessible to many clients, the pace and sequencing lean slightly intermediate and are best suited for those with some reformer experience.

JUMPBOARD FLOW

Jumpboard flow brings an energetic twist to the reformer using the jumpboard for low-impact cardio intervals. This class blends strength work with athletic bursts of jumping to elevate the heart rate while protecting the joints. Expect a fun, dynamic workout that improves stamina, coordination, and full-body strength.

Perfect for those who want to sweat and move with energy.

signature beginner

Beginner Flow is the perfect introduction to the reformer and the Flow House method. This class moves at a slower pace to teach foundational Pilates principles, proper alignment, and how to safely use the reformer. You’ll build confidence while strengthening the core and learning the fundamentals of mindful movement.

Recommended for first-time clients or anyone wanting to refine the basics.
